WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

The undersigned (“I,” “my”, “me”, or “myself”), is [___] (a) the person whose name and birth date appear below (a) [___] In return for my participation in and attendance; at, the “Ribs Burn Off Car Show” taking place on Saturday, May 23rd, 2025 and Sunday, May 24th, 2025 at the National Football Museum, Inc. dba Pro Football Hall of Fame (“PFHOF”),in Canton, Ohio, and all related events and activities (collectively, the “Events”). I, on my own behalf WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE, PFHOF from any and all liability, and further agree not to sue PFHOF, and each of its respective officers, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns and its respective owners, shareholders, directors, governing board, employees, subcontractors, sponsors, agents, representatives, heirs, designees and licensees (collectively, the “Program Entities”), and each operator and owner of the respective venue locations (together with the Program Entities, the “Releasees”) from all present and future claims that may be made by me, my child, my family, estate heirs, or assigns for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of my participation in the Events wherever, whenever or however the same may occur.

I understand that and agree that the Releasees are not responsible for any injury or property damage arising out of the Events, even if caused by their negligence. I understand that my participation in the Events involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, serious injury and death. On behalf of myself, I assume all risks associated with my voluntary participation in the Events. I consent to administration of first aid and other medical treatment in the event of injury or illness to myself. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, causes of action or damages arising out of my and/or my vehicles participation in the Events and, related activities including, but not limited to, transportation to and from the Events and the administration of any first aid and/or medical treatment.

I understand that the Events may be filmed and by signing this Waiver and attending the Events, I consent to me and my vehicle being photographed, videotaped and/or recorded. I consent to such photography, videotaping and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media formats, including, without limitation, television and digital media and formats, whether now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to any PFHOF branded commercial or PSA with any PFHOF sponsor or licensee throughout the universe in perpetuity, of me, my name, nickname, image, likeness, voice, photograph, signature facsimile, and biographical information for any purpose whatsoever, without any further action required or any consideration owing to me or my vehicle from the Releasees. I understand that this Waiver is intended to be as broad and as inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the Events are taking place and agree that if any portion of this Waiver is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that any legal proceedings related to this Waiver will take place in Stark County, Ohio.
